Ms. Courtney Mussatt, CPA/ABV, has been providing business valuation services since 2008. She performs valuations related to estate and gift tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs, financial reporting and other tax, litigation and corporate-related matters. She’s worked on valuations across multiple industries, including agribusiness, technology, manufacturing and distribution, and construction.
Ms. Mussatt is a Certified Public Accountant (Missouri 2024030668) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA. She previously served as her local ASA chapter treasurer and has presented to other professionals and clients on topics such as estate and gift tax matters, financial reporting and valuation best practices. From 2015-2018, Ms. Mussatt served on the planning committee of her state’s Business Valuation Conference. In 2017, she co-authored the AICPA’s ABV Examination Review Course to help prepare new valuation professional to take the ABV exam.
